I asked someone on a forum to psychoanalyze my avatar.
"Look in the eye suggests fear, or something else. Sense of speechlessness but acceptance of a fate you know you can't control. There's a longing for more, for things to get better - a wishing, or hoping things will improve. Waiting patiently for the right time to move on."
