No. No, this won't help. Stop it. You know better than this. The main reason you're feeling so bad is because of the withdrawl. The longer you can go without the easier it'll be, you know that. You're not going to start feeling better until you're out of this. So don't make it so difficult on yourself - you want to feel better, right? You want to stop feeling like shit every night, so don't continue this. Let yourself feel better. I know it hurts now, but it'll get better if you make it happen. You don't need this. It doesn't control you. And it won't make you feel better even short-term, because you'll feel guilty afterwards.
