Once again I was kept from sleep by waking dreams of metal that bites and blood that heals.

Breakfast: 1/3 cup homemade oatmeal
Lunch: half a bowl of cheezies
Dinner: Beef&greens stirfry, rice.
Other: Juice, peach iced tea, pie.
Exercise: Walking
Harm: None
