Stopping feeling like shit would be nice, now. I mean, I know I bring it on myself and it's my own fault, but really. This is ridiculous. I'd like it to stop now please. Thanks.

Breakfast: 1/3 cup homemade oatmeal
Lunch: Grilled cheese sandwich
Dinner: A handful of crackers
Other: Juice
Exercise: Riding lesson, some walking
